Long-Term Care

Exceptional care, unwavering quality, safety, security, social engagement, gracious homelike environments, uplifting quality of life… these are the hallmarks… and the promise of OPIS long-term care. The natural outgrowth of our decades-old mission and core values, they are also the reasons why today OPIS is one of the leading long-term care providers in the state and region.

Our services and approach to care are comprehensive, compassionate and highly personalized. In addition to round-the-clock skilled nursing, access to wide-ranging clinical care options, and attentive personal assistance, our long-term customers enjoy stimulating social, educational and recreational activities, restaurant-style dining, comfortable accommodations and full amenities, all in a warm, welcoming setting.

We are also acutely aware that each person in our care is now and will remain an individual… a person, not a “case”… to be respected, encouraged and treated with kindness and dignity. Based on that recognition, we talk with, not at, our customers and their families. We listen. We build relationships. We offer choices, not ultimatums. In short, we do everything in our power, every day, to earn the trust we’ve been shown by those who enter our care.
